TDC staff will be available at NSG for one-to-one meetings, bringing our best content to workshops, and planning out an interactive exhibitor table in the main lobby. Come find us to register for events, learn about the services we offer to come alongside you, your team and your family, and grab a prize!
One-to-Ones
Make An Appointment Here
- Life and Leadership Coaching: Meet with a Christ-centered coach to help you move from your current reality to your desired outcome.
- Personal Design: Meet with a Design Coach to discuss how God created you uniquely and discover your next steps toward a deeper relationship with Him and more effective ministry.
- Teaming: Meet with a Teaming specialist to learn how to help your team become more healthy, effective, and Gospel-centered using online resources and in-person coaches.
- Spiritual Direction: Sit with a trained spiritual director who will listen to your journey with God, pray with you, and provide perspective and discernment on seeing how God is working with you today.
- Pastoral Care: Meet with a pastoral counselor to process life and ministry. Sessions can cover personal individual issues, marriage issues, listening/inner healing prayer, or other.
- Sexual Health and Wholeness (SHAW): Sexual Health and Wholeness (SHAW) We help disciplemakers engage around culturally relevant topics like: pornography and LGBT+.

TDC Shepherds
About 100 staff have volunteered as shepherds at NSG, caring for us and providing a listening ear wherever they happen to be. They’ll have a low profile because this is just who they are; they’re not there to fix, monitor or report back to anyone. We hope this helps you feel cared for and prayed for!
