EQUIP Coaching Conferences are designed to provide continued coaching education for our Navigators Life and Leadership Coaching (NLLC) Certified Coaches while also bringing together Navigators Staff from various missions and everyday disciplemakers. Our goal is to serve, equip, and empower attendees with coaching skills that help them discover, move forward, and enhance disciplemaking within their ministry networks.

Bryan Brown
Bryan Brown, MDiv, MCC is the President and Founder of Coaching to Lead, LLC. With 25 years experience in developing leaders, Bryan enjoys increasing the capacity and confidence of emerging leaders as well as coaching established leaders to maximize their influence. Bryan also enjoys using his experience to work with teams on strategic planning and team development.
Bryan currently serves as the International Leadership Director at Perimeter Church in Atlanta, working with pastors and church leaders who seek to ignite movements of Life on Life Missional Discipleship around the world. In this role, he has the privilege to regularly train and coach leaders in Australia, South Africa, and Brazil among others.
Gina Holm serves The Navigators as the Director of Life and Leadership Coaching. Gina is passionate about encouraging ministry leaders to embrace their identity in Christ and take their next step in their journey with Him. She does this through Life-to-Life® discipleship with young women around her dining room table, by coming alongside local church leaders, and as a Navigator Life and Leadership Mentor Coach creating a culture of using powerful coaching skills to further equip disciplemakers.
Gina has an M.A. in Local Church Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary and has been serving in vocational ministry for over 25 years. Gina treasures quality time and fun adventures with her husband, Lindell, and their three young adult children.

Aimee Hodges
Aimee Hodges is a consultant with Best Christian Workplaces and a professional certified leadership coach. Drawing on 15 years with The Navigators and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, she helps leaders cultivate healthy, courageous, and compassionate teams.
Aimee is a Professional Certified Coach, specialized in developing leaders through feedback, self-awareness, and coaching culture. She combines strategic insight with a relational approach that inspires lasting growth.
Lindy has been on staff with The Naivgators for 45 years. She served on three college campuses with her husband, Vic. In 2003, Lindy became the Associate Director of the Collegiate Mission. Since then, she has served as Associate U.S. Field Director, Transition U.S. Field Director, and Associate U.S. Director.
Lindy currently serves in leader development of current and future national and international leaders, and on the Board of Directors of The Navigators Trueface. Married for 48 years, they have three married children and thirteen grandchildren.

After serving 21 years as Navigator Collegiate Staff, Vic became National Prayer Director of The Navigators. In the national leadership community, with leaders in every mission, from collegiate and military to cities, Vic partnered, prayed with and engaged with them in carrying out their leadership roles through seeking God. In Navigator field ministries, Vic served by leading prayer retreats, teaching, and leading developmental workshops that explored prayer from biblical basis. In 2016, he transitioned to Associate Director of Nations Within Mission as he ministers to culturally unassimilated people groups, particularly refugees and immigrants.
Vic takes pleasure in taking people deeper in relationship with Jesus in fresh and creative ways. He currently serves on the U.S. Leadership Team as the Strategic Prayer Lead with an emphasis on God Focused Prayer. He’s been on staff with The Navigators for 46 years. His wife, Lindy, and him love hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains, playing games, and eating good food. Vic and Lindy have three grown children, all married, and have 13 grandchildren.
Pamela founded her own electronic sales rep firm in 1987 and has spent over three decades in the high-tech electronics industry, working with innovative companies and inspiring people. Through this experience, she has discovered a great passion for people—their stories, goals, and growth. She has also been deeply involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, serving as MN/Dakotas Chapter Board Chair, a public policy advocate, and a member of the CF Learning Network.
Inspired by the impact of coaching in her own life, Pamela became a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach in 2018 and earned PCC certification through the ICF, adhering to its Code of Ethics and continues toward advanced certifications.

MUTINTA SILENGA
Mutinta Silenga is based in Lusaka, Zambia, and has served full-time with The Navigators in various roles since 2000. She currently serves as The Navigators Africa Missions Director, where she comes alongside leaders across the continent to listen to God together, strengthen labourers, and encourage bold faith for The Navigators Africa’s missionary-sending calling.
She enjoys travel and cross-cultural engagement and is the founder of Intercultural Coaching Professionals, where she integrates intercultural communication and coaching to support sustainable, impactful leadership and team effectiveness.
Mike met Christ in Spain at the age of 17 as a senior in high school. He began to grow in Christ as a freshman at Illinois State University when some Navigator students on his floor befriended him and helped him wholeheartedly follow Christ. After graduating and then working in several management roles, Mike joined the Navigator staff in 1981. He and his wife, Nancy, have served with The Navigators in Iowa, Kansas, New England, and Colorado. Mike has had numerous Navigator roles and has traveled extensively, learning from and encouraging Navigator ministries around the globe. Currently, Mike speaks frequently to various Navigator gatherings and serves as an Adviser to US Collegiate Leaders.
Mike and his wife Nancy have been married for 43 years. They thank God for each of their three sons, their wives, and six grandchildren! Mike and Nancy enjoy showing hospitality to many as well as taking walks, hiking, playing games, and simply being together.
