This internal Navigator Coaching Certification is a great way to deepen your coaching skills and show a level of proficiency in coaching. You can take those you minister to and other Navigators through the Life and Leadership Coaching journey. Many churches and ministries recognize the Navigator training and prefer a Biblical approach to coaching in their ministry context.

Navigators has partnered with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute to provide coaching classes that both highly equip you to coach internally in the Navigators and also externally as you pursue ICF Certification. These classes are a fantastic way to deepen your coaching skills and are requirements to be a Navigator Mentor Coach.
