Navigator staff are invited and encouraged to take 3-6 months of guided sabbatical every 7-10 years of ministry to maintain energy and spiritual connectedness. Stepping back can seem complicated, and it definitely takes planning! This workshop walks you through what to expect and how to prepare for a successful sabbatical.
