with participants from all across our US Navigator work.

Compass launches a new class each year in May. Applications for the upcoming class can be submitted during October and November. The Compass Leadership Team will review your application and required supervisor recommendation and notify you of your acceptance no later than December 15. Once accepted, you will need to confirm your commitment to participate.
Criteria for Applying:
- No nomination is needed
- 1 yr with the Navigators
- Not currently in EDGE or SiT
- Supervisor recommendation (requested in the application process)
- CIDs can apply for Compass if they have a Navigator role and supervisor.
