3:15 is designed for…
- Those who are currently leading nationally OR might be leading nationally in 3-5 years. (National leaders include anyone leading a team, initiative, or ministry that influences beyond their local ministry)
- Those who are leading in specialized contribution areas (i.e. pioneers, alongsiders, business ministries, local ministries)
- Those who bring a diversity of leadership contributions and leadership styles.
Questions to consider if you are interested in 3:15
- Do you meet the criteria for 3:15? (see above)
- Is 3:15 the next best development opportunity for you? Is there a different opportunity that better fits your current leadership role?
- Have you discussed this opportunity with your supervisor? (Supervisor recommendation is required.)
- Are you contributing to a specialized leadership role? (For example; pioneering, alongsiding, business ministry, etc.)
