C4ED Workshops exist to serve, equip, and empower Navigators staff and our ministry partners with three essential coaching skills for their everyday disciplemaking. 1) The Gift of Presence; 2) The Art of Listening; 3) Powerful Questions. Each of these coaching skills is built upon the foundation of the Holy Spirit and relational trust for the benefit of the spiritual formation and leadership development of those they walk alongside in life and leadership. We use out exclusive NLLC Journey Pathway: Assess. Abide. Align. Advance to help guide discipleship and supervisory conversations.

Navigators Life and leadership coaching certification
This internal Navigator Coaching Certification is a great way to deepen your coaching skills and show a level of proficiency in coaching. You can take those you minister to and other Navigators through the Life and Leadership Coaching journey. Many churches and ministries recognize the Navigator training and prefer a Biblical approach to coaching in their ministry context.
